CrossFit group classes are the core of our gym. Our CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age, experience, or current fitness level.

Our SWEAT classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness without the heavy strength training and barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.

Our teens class at CrossFit 563 is designed for athletes, ages 10 to 16, who are in the off season and in season, looking to try something new, or simply looking to workout with their friends in a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Our kids class is designed for kids, ages 4 to 8, looking to try something new and learn about being healthy and fit in a fun and energetic atmosphere.

Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit 563 is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, and exercises before participating in regular CrossFit 563 classes.
